Takram Code of Conduct

This Code of Conduct describes the normative and basic attitude expected from employees and executives (hereinafter collectively referred to as the Employees) of Takram Inc. and its affiliates (collectively, the Company) when acting in both the Company and social life. Please read the following information and comply with the Code.
  1. Compliance with Laws

    1. We comply with all the applicable laws and internal company rules.
  2. Use and Management of Assets

    1. We manage the Companys assets properly and do not use them other than business purposes.
    2. We strive to protect the Companys intellectual properties as well as exercise appropriate caution in not violating the rights of others.
  3. Confidentiality Obligation

    1. We strictly manage confidential information and never disclose it to others without any good reason. The Company also requires its clients to maintain confidentiality.
    2. We do not use personal information other than for intended purposes.
  4. Prohibition of Insider Trading

    1. We do not engage in any insider trading or other doubtful trading by using non-public and important information obtained during the course of our business.
  5. Prevention of Offering and/or Receiving Bribes

    1. We do not offer, solicit, and receive bribes in any form (such as anything of value offered to the Employee in return for a business profit or improper conduct).
    2. We also do not offer, solicit, and receive excessive business entertainment or gifts with understanding that they will be considered a kind of bribe, if they are given to the Employee to gain or retain a business advantage.
  6. Human Rights and Labor Standards

    1. We respect the human rights of those who are involved in the business.
    2. We also adhere to and maintain good working conditions and environment that comply with applicable local laws and international treaties.
  7. Prohibition of Harassment

    1. We do not tolerate any form of physical, verbal, sexual or psychological harassment or abuse.
  8. Respecting Diversity

    1. We respect different backgrounds and values, including not only gender, gender identity, age and nationality, but also experience, expertise and lifestyle, and value each other's differences and strive to enable individuals to maximize their potential.
    2. We do not tolerate any form of discrimination or behavior that harms individual dignity.
  9. Environmental Action

    1. We comply with all environmental laws, regulations, and protocols to which the Company is a signatory.
    2. We will correctly recognize the environmental aspects and make every effort to reduce the environmental impact of our business activities and take action to improve the environment.
    3. As part of our research, consulting, and other business activities, we actively formulate proposals, create solutions, state opinions, and provide information and data that contribute to improving the environment and reducing environmental impact.
  10. Elimination of Antisocial Forces

    1. We are committed to sever any relations with antisocial forces.
    2. We also reject any unreasonable demands from antisocial forces.
  11. Actions and Penalties for Violations

    1. Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action in accordance with the Rules of Employment. In addition, the Company may claim compensation in case that the Employee should cause any economic damage to the Company.
