Takram Inc. and its Affiliates (the Company), in accordance with the following Privacy Policy, handles personal information of our website visitors, customers and business clients (you) in safe and appropriate manner.

    4. Administration of personal information is governed by the Company.
  6. You may instruct the Company, at any time, to provide, correct, add, delete, withhold, opt-out or to notify the purpose of use of your personal information held by the Company. After confirming that the instruction was given by the owner of personal information or their legal representative, the Company will respond in a timely manner in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations.

  10. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction for the first instance for any disputes relating to the personal information the Company collects and to this Privacy Policy.
  11. The Company may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time.
